To request a return be sure that you’re logged into your account. If you do not have an account sign up for an account with the same email address you used to place your order.
1. Once on your account, go to your orders screen – it is located on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Locate the order with the item(s) you wish to return is on. If you’re unsure, the Details button under each order will provide detailed order information.
3. Under the Order Information, click Return Item(s).
4. All items on the order will be listed, on the right-hand side of the page update the quantity of item(s) you wish to return.
5. Make your selection from the Return Reason and Return Action from the drop-down boxes.
6. Please provide in the Comments box a brief description about the reason for your return.
7. If your return request was submitted correctly, the next screen will display that your return request was submitted successfully.
